schwung cast
Beyond
the first answer.
That is where the conversation begins for me. I'm curious about what lies behind the answer people usually give.
Not to know everything about someone. But to get somewhere we hadn't reached at the start of the conversation. Not a standard interview. But room to ask just a little further.
SCHWUNG Cast is about the story behind the story.
What connects my guests is not what they do.
It's that something is moving.
beyond the first answer
That is where the conversation begins for me.
I'm curious about what lies behind the answer people usually give. My guests set something in motion. They chart their own course, question what seemed self-evident, make an unexpected choice or help others see something differently.
That might be a mayor. A theatre maker. An entrepreneur, scientist or teacher. Someone in the middle of a change – or looking back on one.
Where did something start to shift? Which choice changed the direction? What turned out differently along the way than expected? What are you still unsure about? And what do you know now that you didn't know then?
The same curiosity I bring to the stage as a moderator, I bring to the table at SCHWUNG Cast.
Calm.
Sharp.
Curious.
Not to know everything about someone.
But to get somewhere we hadn't reached at the start of the conversation.

Watch SCHWUNG Cast here on schwung.space or on YouTube. Listen on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
The conversations are in Dutch, German or English, depending on my guest.
Who should I talk to?
I'm looking for people with something to discover. People who took an unexpected turn, dared to question something, changed perspective or set something in motion in their own way.
Do you know someone you sometimes think: I'd like to know more about them?
Then I'd love to hear from you.
ALSO CURIOUS WHAT SCHWUNG CAN DO FOR YOU?
A conversation is often the beginning.
Just like SCHWUNG Cast, moderation, training or a 1:1 Session starts with one thing: curiosity about what is going on.
