Terms and conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by SCHWUNG, based in Groningen, including 1:1 guidance, coaching, hypnotherapy, as well as speaking and moderating.

By using the services of SCHWUNG, the client or principal declares that they agree to these terms.

2. Services

SCHWUNG offers:

• 1:1 guidance (coaching, hypnosis, EMDR-related sessions)
• programmes (multiple sessions over an agreed period)
• speaking, moderating and facilitating at events

All services are performed to the best of our knowledge and ability.

3. No guarantee of results

The services of SCHWUNG are aimed at personal development, insight and change.

No guarantee is given of specific results.

The client remains responsible at all times for their own choices, behaviour and the consequences thereof.

4. No medical treatment

Guidance by SCHWUNG is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

If in doubt about physical or mental health, it is advised to consult a doctor or qualified healthcare provider.

5. Payment

1:1 guidance and programmes

• Payment takes place prior to the session or programme
• Payment in instalments is possible by arrangement

Speaking and moderating

• Invoicing takes place in advance or immediately after confirmation
• Payment term: 14 days

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

1:1 sessions

• Free rescheduling or cancellation up to 24 hours in advance
• Within 24 hours, the session will be charged in full

Programmes

• Appointments within a programme can be rescheduled by arrangement
• Programmes that have already been paid for are not refunded

Speaking and moderating

• Cancellation up to 14 days in advance: free of charge
• Cancellation within 14 days: 50% of the agreed fee
• Cancellation within 48 hours: 100% of the fee

7. Travel expenses

For speaking and moderating, travel expenses are charged at €0.50 per kilometre from Groningen, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions or collaboration is treated confidentially.

Information is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

9. Liability

SCHWUNG is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from participation in sessions, programmes or events.

The client or principal remains responsible for their own choices and actions.

10. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. This is a translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.
